Dr. Tara S. Pickett is a Montgomery, Alabama native, educator, and dedicated real estate professional with Norluxe Realty Montgomery. With over 29 years of experience as an English Language Arts instructor and assistant principal in Montgomery Public Schools, she has built a reputation for leadership, integrity, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
Bringing that same commitment to real estate, Dr. Pickett specializes in guiding families—especially first-time homebuyers—through the process of achieving homeownership and living the American dream. Her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and client-first approach ensure that each buyer and seller feels informed, confident, and supported every step of the way.
Dr. Pickett holds a Bachelor of Science from Alabama A&M University, a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Auburn University at Montgomery, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership & Management from Capella University. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is a proud mother of three and grandmother of four, and she values building lasting relationships both in her community and with her clients.
