Kanika Jones, MBA, is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in operations, talent strategy, and community engagement. She has held leadership roles at organizations such as T-Mobile USA and at Post Pro Capital in the real estate development sector, contributing to initiatives that shape communities.
She is an active civic and global leader, serving as Chair of the Hamilton County (TN) Black Caucus, as a governing board member of the Hamilton County Health, Educational, and Housing Facilities Board, African Research Collaborative, and as Vice President of the Chattanooga Sister Cities Association's partnership between Chattanooga, Tennessee, and Accra, Ghana.
A mother of three, Kanika is passionate about global impact and frequently travels to Africa, supporting SheSTEAM, an organization focused on empowering young girls in STEM. In her downtime, she expresses her creativity through writing and performing spoken word poetry, using storytelling as a way to celebrate culture, connection, and community.
