About Katrina Washington
Hello I am Katrina Washington-Hines. I am originally from Milwaukee Wisconsin. I moved to Huntsville Alabama in 2005 to attend Alabama A&M University where I received my Bachelors degree in Communications with a minor in Marketing. I have been a Real Estate Agent for over five years and I absolutely love what I do! Helping individuals buy a home and sell their home has been very rewarding for me. I know buying and selling a home is a very monumental time in a person's life and anytime I have the opportunity to be a part of such a special journey I am incredibly grateful. My real estate background also extends into real estate investing which I have done for the past twelve years. My real estate career started with buying, renovating and selling single family homes. I have been lucky enough to have experience in various areas of real estate. I have developed a mobile home park and RV park from the ground up. I also buy and flip mobile homes and have acquired rental property. My real estate career has been quite rewarding and I plan to continue to grow and expand my business in real estate. Being a real estate investor is definitely what motivated me to get my Real Estate License and it is definitely one of the best decisions I ever made. Outside of work I am extremely big on family, I have wonderful parents who I love dearly, four sisters, one brother, and a lot of nieces and nephews. I also have an adorable Shih Tzu fur baby named Eli. Things that I enjoy doing in my free time are traveling, exercising, interior decorating and spending time in nature. I am so excited to be joining the Norlux Realty family and look forward to all the rewarding opportunities to come with the brokerage.
