About Lauren Tillman

Born and raised in Minneapolis, I traded snow boots for sunshine when I moved to Houston in 2011—and I’ve been in love with this city ever since. I became a licensed Realtor in 2022, inspired by the idea of helping people find the place where their life truly happens.

Before real estate, I worked in finance and banking, where I learned how to stay cool under pressure, communicate clearly, and make numbers make sense. Those skills now help me guide clients through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives—with confidence, clarity, and a little bit of fun.

I specialize in residential homes across Houston and surrounding suburbs. I especially enjoy helping first-time buyers, relocations, and families who want someone patient, understanding, and genuinely invested in their goals. My approach is simple: listen closely, advocate fiercely, communicate honestly, and make the process feel less stressful and more straightforward from start to finish.

Outside of real estate, my world revolves around my kids—we’re always exploring Houston’s museums, sporting events, and outdoor gems. And when I get a moment to myself, you can usually find me diving into whatever book my club has picked that month. It’s become a great way to unwind, stay inspired, and connect with a wonderful group of people over good stories and even better conversations.

My brand is all about authenticity, warmth, and real connection. I’m not the high-pressure type—I’m the “let’s figure this out together” type. I’ll guide you, support you, and make sure you feel confident and cared for every step of the way.
