I’m Roshana Miller, a licensed Realtor® serving clients throughout Georgia and Florida with Norluxe Realty Atlanta. I was born in Jamaica and grew up between Jamaica and London, which has helped shape the way I connect with people from all walks of life. Growing up in different environments taught me adaptability, strong communication, and the importance of building meaningful relationships — qualities that now help me better serve my clients in real estate.
Since becoming licensed in 2024, I’ve built my business around being hands-on, accessible, and fully committed to helping my clients navigate the real estate process with confidence. I specialize in new construction homes, first-time homebuyers, relocation, luxury properties, investment opportunities, Airbnb and short-term rental properties, and down payment assistance programs. One thing my clients appreciate most about working with me is that I keep things real, transparent, and easy to understand. Buying or selling a home is a major decision, and I believe people deserve a Realtor® who communicates clearly and genuinely cares about their goals.
Before becoming a Realtor®, I worked in credit repair and also operated Airbnb and short-term rental properties internationally. Managing short-term rentals gave me firsthand experience in marketing properties, creating guest experiences, understanding investment potential, and learning what makes a property profitable. That background gives me a unique perspective when helping clients interested in investment properties, vacation homes, or building additional streams of income through real estate.
In my first years in real estate, I was honored to earn recognition as a 2024 Rookie of the Year, 2025 Multi-Million Dollar Producer, Atlanta REALTORS® Association Top Producer, and ranked in the Top 5% for Individual Volume. I’ve also consistently ranked as one of the top-producing agents within my brokerage.
What makes me different is my ability to combine strong marketing, social media strategy, negotiation skills, and real estate knowledge to help my clients stand out and succeed in today’s market. I’m very active on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, where I share home tours, real estate education, market updates, and tips for buyers, sellers, and investors.
I’m known for being driven, responsive, personable, and detail-oriented. Whether I’m helping a first-time buyer purchase their dream home, assisting a seller with maximizing their property value, or helping an investor identify opportunities, I approach every transaction with urgency, honesty, and professionalism.
For me, real estate is more than just buying and selling homes — it’s about helping people build stability, create wealth, and open new doors for themselves and their families. My goal is to make every client feel supported, educated, and confident from start to finish while providing a luxury-level experience at every price point.
