Shiwana attended Valdosta State University and Williams Academy of Real Estate. She is a seasoned dual licensed agent in Georgia & North Carolina. Shiwana has built an outstanding network of referral partners throughout the United States and is well respected amongst her colleagues and clients. Shiwana has been recognized in several additions of, “Who’s Who in Black Atlanta”. She is a lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club with over 18 years of experience working with buyers & sellers assisting in the sale of over 50 million in closed transactions.
